Is instructed by the Trustees of the Rushden Adult Schools to offer for Sale by Auction at the Coffee Tavern, Rushden, on Monday 7th May 1923, at 6 o’clock in the evening precisely, subject to such conditions of sale as will then be produced.

All those Two Freehold Dwelling Houses of stone, brick, and tile erection, now in the occupation of Messrs. Paragreen and Lee, and producing a gross rental of £57 6s. 2d. per annum, the whole containing in area 1,810 square yards or thereabouts.
