About 15,000 fleeces were pitched at Messrs. Pendered’s annual wool sale at Wellingborough on Wednesday. Prices for washed wool ranged from 72s. to 82s., and the top price paid was 86s. 6d. for 68 Dorsets sent by Mr. F. A. Skeeles, of Bozeat and Rushden.
