EMPLOYEES of the Tecnic Boot Company were among the large company that filled St. Mary's Church, Rushden, on Wednesday afternoon for the funeral service of one of the firm's directors, Mrs. Edith E. Tarry, wife of the managing director, Mr. Walter C. Tarry.
Mrs. Tarry, whose home was at "Durlands", Bedford-road, Rushden, passed away on Sunday after a short illness.
The Rector (the Rev. E. A. Green) officiated, assisted by the Rev. R. H. Hanson, of Wolverhampton, a former curate at St. Mary's Church, who is a son-in-law of Mrs. Tarry. Mr. C. Cave, A.R.C.O., was at the organ.
Family mourners were the widower, the Rev. and Mrs. R. H. Hanson (son-in-law and daughter), Mr. and Mrs. J. G. Spencer (son-in-law and daughter), the Misses Sonia and Ruth Hanson (grandchildren), Mr. Percy Sear (brother), Miss L. Sear and Miss Stella Sear (nieces), Mr. and Mrs. Frank Tarry, Mr. and Mrs. R. Tarry (brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law), Mr. and Mrs. W. Minor (brother-in-law and sister-in-law), Miss E. Tarry (sister-in-law), Mr. and Mrs. Thompson (cousins), Miss N. Hale and Mr. S. Smith (domestic staff).

The service was followed by cremation at Kettering, where the Revs. E. A. Green and R. H. Hanson officiated at a further short service.
