Higham Ferrers - By Desire of several gentlemen, Graziers, and Others, there will be held at Higham Ferrers on Thursday the 20th of this inst. A MARKET of all Sorts of Fat and Lean Cattle, Toll-free (agreeable to the Royal-Charter); and as the said Market appears convenient for Butchers and Dealers, in or about the Time of Harvest, the same will be continued Yearly on the Thursday following the 15th August, being the Assumption of the Virgin Mary.

HIGHAM FERRERS - FISHOn Saturday last a dozen working men of this town clubbed together and sent for two cwt. of fish, which arrived in good condition and were sold to the public at three pence per lb, the whole being sold in a very few minutes.
