In the Name of God Amen I Joseph Worley of Moulton in County of Northampton yeoman being weake of Body but of sound disposing mind and memory praised be to Lord for the same Do make & Ordain in this my last Will & Testament in Manner and form following that is to say First all that Real estate that Came by Sarah my wife and which I had with her I give to her my said Loveing wife and her Heirs and Assigns for Ever All such money that I had with her my said wife and is now at Interest and she has security for in her own keeping I say all such money I give to her my said wife for her to dispose of at her pleasure All that my Messuage Tenement or Dwelling house wherein I now Dwell And all that my other Tenement thereunto Adjoining now in the tenure of One Richard Wright of Moulton Aforesaid And Allso All that my piece of Land lying and being without my field gate And Allso All that my Yard Land by Estimation lying and being dispersed in the Common Open Fields of Moulton aforesaid I say the said Messuage Tenement or Dwelling house and the tenement thereunto adjoining piece of Land without my Field Gate And the Aforesaid Yard Land (which was given me in and by the last Will and Testament of my Deceased Father George Worley of Moulton aforesaid) with their appurtenances I Give Devise and Bequeath unto Sarah my said wife for and dureing the terme of her naturall life And from and after her Decease then to my Nephew John Worley son of my Brother John Worley late of Moulton aforesaid Deceased for and dureing the term of his naturall life and from and after his decease then to the Male Heirs of his Body Lawfully to be begotten for Ever And for want of such Male Issue then to my kinsman Joseph Worley son of my nephew John Worley and Grandson of my Brother Thomas Worley And to his Heirs and Assigns for Ever And my will is that Neither my said Wife nor my said nephews shall fell dig or Cut up and Timber trees or Other Trees which do or shall stand grow or be upon the Ground belonging the said two tenements or any Other part of my Aforesaid Estate dureing the life of my wife Excepting Onely that my said nephew John Worley son of my Deceased Brother John Worley shall have liberty to draw any young or Decayed Trees to plant Others in their room for the Improvements of the Nursery or Other timber thereunto belonging And my will and mind further is that if my said wife shall not and doth not think good to Dwell and Abide in my said House that then my said Nephew John Worley shall let and set the same and the tenement thereunto adjoining and find them in necessary repairs And Sarah my said wife shall receive the rents and profits thereof dureing her life the Charge for such repairing being first deducted All the Household furniture that my said wife brought when I married her I give to her my said wife to dispose of at her pleasure All the Rest of my Household furniture I give to her my said wife for her use during her naturall life All my Household furniture in the Parlour that is to say my Clock silver Tankard and All Other my Household furniture Excepting such my wife brought as aforesaid I give to my Executor after my said Wifes Decease I Allso give to Sarah my said wife the sum of ten pounds a year of good and Lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid her by my Executor out of my Personall Estate by two half yearly Equal payments yearly and Every year during her naturall life All them my five half Acres aforesaid lying and being in Moulton Fields Aforesaid Called and Known by the Name of the Odd Lands And my half acre dole in the Meadow with their appurtenances I Allso give to Sarah my said wife for and during the terme of her naturall life and from and After her Decease then to my nephew George Worley
