Francis Gray of Rushden gentleman gave surety in the sum of 20£ to appear and to “prosecute according to the law against one John Yarwell of Sharnbrook in the county of Bedford, carpenter, concerning the unlawful hunting and killing of deer in Higham Park”.
John Yarwell of Sharnbrook in the county of Bedford, carpenter gave surety in the sum of 40£, Thomas Yarwell, yeoman and Luke Yarwell, labourer both of Knotting in the county of Bedford, both gave surety in the sum of 20£ to appear and to answer “unto such matters as on his Majesties behalf shall be objected against him especially for the unlawful hunting and killing of deer in Higham Park”.
John Yarwell was committed to the house of correction.
